PadelDraw for clubs: social tournaments, live scores, TV mode
Run social padel events at your club: account-free QR joining, score entry from several devices, a live page, lobby TV mode and a club panel.
Social tournaments fill courts, connect members and bring new players through the door. Running them, though, takes effort: sign-up lists, the draw, pairings, scores scribbled on paper and a leaderboard nobody quite trusts. PadelDraw handles that work so your staff can spend their time with the players.
What your club can do today
These features are live today.
Run tournaments
Host Americano, Mixed Americano, level-balanced Americano, Team Americano, Club Americano, Mexicano, Team Mexicano, Club Mexicano, King of the Hill, Beat the Box, Swiss, round robin, knockout, groups and knockout and ladder events. Create the tournament in the panel or the app, pick the format and add the players; in fixed-pair formats, pairs are formed automatically in sign-up order or added by hand. A pre-start simulation shows the number of rounds, sit-outs per player and pairing repeats. When players don't fit the courts exactly, fair sit-out rotation kicks in: nobody sits out twice before everyone has sat out once.
QR joining
Players scan the QR code at reception or courtside and join with just their name. No account, no app download, no forms. A short link or a code works too.
Score entry from several devices
The organizer can enter scores on their phone, a referee or court marshal can use a PIN or link, and players can submit their own scores for the opponents to confirm. On the web, score entry needs a connection; a score that's already saved is never lost. Offline score entry with automatic sync is coming with the iOS and Android apps.
Live tournament page
Every tournament gets a live page. Players and spectators follow pairings, courts and standings on their phones as they happen, with notifications when a round starts or results are in.
TV mode in the lobby
Open padeldraw.app/tv on the lobby or café TV and pair it with your tournament using the 6-digit code on screen. Standings and upcoming matches appear and update as scores come in. See our guide to setting up a live padel scoreboard on TV.
The club panel
The club panel is live. Create your club in the panel and you can:
- Invite staff: invite your team by link and give each person a role
- Club profile and brand color: set up your club's details and color
- Public club page: a page that presents your club and its events
- Weekly recurring events and calendar: set up regular events such as Tuesday night Americano once and see them on the calendar
- Leagues and seasons: create a league and attach tournaments to one of its seasons
- Lobby TV screens: pair your screens with the club using a 6-digit code
- Download results as CSV: export tournament results as a spreadsheet
For a weekly ladder, create the ladder once and open a new stage each week. Paid club plans are coming soon; see pricing for what's planned.
Why social tournaments?
Regular social events are one of the most effective ways to use quieter court hours and keep players coming back. For ideas, read using social tournaments to fill club courts and our tournament organizing checklist.
