Terms of Use

The rules for using PadelDraw: accounts, guest participation, name and content rules, organiser and referee responsibilities, pricing, liability and termination.

Effective date: 18 October 2026

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the PadelDraw website, live tournament pages, TV screen and iOS/Android apps (the "Service") provided by Noesis Social - Burak OHRİLİ ("PadelDraw", "we"). By using the Service or creating an account you accept these Terms. How we process personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice.

1. The Service

PadelDraw is a software tool for setting up padel tournaments, social events and leagues: players join by QR code, link or join code, the Service creates pairings and the draw, scores are entered, and results are shown on a live page and a TV screen. PadelDraw does not organise tournaments, does not operate courts and is not the organiser of any tournament. Features may change over time; features marked "coming soon" are not yet available.

2. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian. For tournaments with children, the organiser is responsible for obtaining parents' consent before entering children's names into the Service.

3. Accounts

  • To create tournaments or clubs and use some features you need an account, created with Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In or a 6-digit code sent to your email.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for the security of the devices and email account you sign in with. You may not transfer your account to someone else.
  • You can delete your account in the app or on the web at any time. If you are the only owner of a club, you must first hand it over to another admin. The effects of deletion are explained on the account deletion page.

4. Guest participation

Players can join a tournament without an account, just by entering a name. When you join as a guest, your name and results appear on the tournament's live page, visible to anyone who knows the link. A key stored on your device lets us recognise you on the same device; if you clear it or use another device, we may not recognise you.

5. Names and user content

Tournament, player, team, club, league and event names, profile photos and notes you enter are "user content". User content must not:

  • contain insults, profanity, hate speech, harassment, sexual content, violence or unlawful material;
  • be used to impersonate or misrepresent another person;
  • infringe others' personality, trademark or copyright rights;
  • include other people's contact details or sensitive information such as health, religion or political opinions;
  • be used for advertising, spam or sharing links.

Filter: names are checked automatically for offensive terms before they are saved, and unsuitable names are rejected. The filter cannot catch every unsuitable name.

Reporting: you can report a player, team, tournament, club or profile with the Report option in the app or on the live page, even without an account. Reports are sent to the organiser of the tournament concerned and are also reviewed by us. In the app you can also hide a player on your own device only.

Removal: organisers can rename or remove entries in their own tournaments. We may also change or remove content that breaks these rules without prior notice, and suspend or close the tournament, club or account concerned. We review reports within 24 hours.

Licence: you own your user content. You grant us a worldwide, free licence, for as long as you use the Service, to use it to the extent needed to provide the Service (hosting, showing it on live pages and the TV screen, share cards). When you delete your account this licence ends, except for records anonymised to keep other players' results intact.

6. Organiser responsibilities

The person creating or running a tournament, event, league or club (the "organiser"):

  • is responsible for the accuracy of the player details they add and for having the legal basis to enter them into the Service and publish them on the live page (including informing players and obtaining their consent, and parents' consent for children, where required);
  • is responsible for whom they share the tournament link, join code, referee PINs and TV pairing code with;
  • sets the tournament rules, format, scoring, score approval method and how score disputes are resolved, and communicates them to participants;
  • handles reports about their own tournament and corrects unsuitable names;
  • is solely responsible for the physical organisation of the tournament, courts, participants' safety, prizes, entry fees and relations with participants.

7. Referees and score entry

Referees enter scores with a PIN from the organiser; players enter or confirm scores according to the approval method the organiser has chosen. Whoever enters a score is responsible for its accuracy. Deliberately entering false scores or using someone else's PIN or account is prohibited. Score changes are logged to help resolve disputes; the organiser decides disputes.

8. Results and exclusions

Pairings, draws and standings are calculated automatically from the selected rules and the scores entered. We do not guarantee the accuracy of entered information. We are not responsible for tournament results, standings, pairings considered unfair, the award of prizes or places, use for betting or similar purposes, accidents or injuries at tournaments, or disputes between participants. If results are used for an official ranking or prize, the organiser should check them.

9. Acceptable use

You also agree not to:

  • attempt to bypass the Service's security or gain unauthorised access to others' data or to systems;
  • send automated requests that overload the Service, scrape data or try to get around rate limits;
  • reverse engineer, copy or commercially resell the Service without permission (except where applicable law permits);
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

10. Pricing

The Service is currently free and no payment details are collected. Joining as a player will remain free. Paid plans for organisers and clubs may be offered in future; their price, scope, withdrawal and refund terms will be announced clearly before they start and presented for your acceptance at purchase. You will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan. Tournament entry fees are a matter between organisers and players; PadelDraw does not handle them.

11. Intellectual property

The PadelDraw name, logo, software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your personal or club activities and do not transfer any other rights.

12. App stores

If you downloaded the app from the App Store:

  • these Terms are between you and us, not Apple; we, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content;
  • your right of use is limited to using the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules;
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app; contact us for support;
  • if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation;
  • we, not Apple, are responsible for addressing product claims, legal compliance and consumer protection claims, and intellectual property infringement claims relating to the app;
  • you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo and are not on any US list of prohibited or restricted parties;
  • you must comply with applicable third-party terms (such as your wireless data service) when using the app;
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

If you downloaded the app from Google Play, the Google Play terms of service also apply. Any future in-store purchases will follow the payment, cancellation and refund rules of the relevant store.

13. Availability

We provide the Service "as is" and "as available" and cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. In the app, scores entered without a connection are held on the device and sent when the connection returns; if app data is cleared or the device is lost in the meantime, unsent scores may be lost. We may change or discontinue the Service or some features; we will announce a complete discontinuation of the Service at least 30 days in advance.

14. Limitation of liability

As the Service is provided free of charge, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, or for the matters listed in section 8. Our liability for intent and gross negligence, liability for harm to life or health, and your rights under mandatory law, in particular consumer protection law, remain unaffected.

15. Suspension and termination

You can end this relationship at any time by deleting your account or stopping using the Service. If you breach these Terms, in particular sections 5, 7 and 9, use the Service unlawfully or endanger other users' safety, we may suspend or terminate access to your account, tournament or club with prior notice or, in serious cases, immediately. You can challenge our decision through the contact form or by email to padeldrawapp@gmail.com. On termination, your personal data is deleted according to the periods in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will announce significant changes in the Service at least 15 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you can delete your account; continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over disputes. This does not limit consumers' mandatory rights: if you act as a consumer in Türkiye, you may apply, under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, to the consumer arbitration committee where you live or where the transaction took place within the statutory monetary limits, and to the consumer courts above those limits. Consumers living in the EU continue to benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence and their right to bring proceedings in its courts.

18. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. Not exercising a right does not mean we waive it. Translations of these Terms are provided for convenience; if they differ, the Turkish version prevails, without prejudice to consumers' mandatory rights.
